Can I see my announcement before it goes to the printers?
Prior to payment and processing, you will receive an online proof. Your order will not be processed until you have approved the proof.

What is the turnaround time?

Do you pre-ship envelopes?
For expecting mommies who want to get a head start on addressing the envelopes, we do offer pre-shipping of envelopes for $10.00. You do not have to choose your design until after your baby is born.

How do I pay?
We will email you a PayPal invoice where you can pay safely, securely and quickly.

I do not have a digital camera, and have no clue on how to scan and email my photograph. Now what?
Fill out the online ordering form. In the notes section, mention that you are sending the photo in the post. Mail the photo(s) to the address above. We will scan your photo and return it with your order. Be sure to save copies, as we cannot be deemed liable for lost mail. We can email you an online proof, or send one in the mail. Please note that processing times will be longer using this method. There is no extra charge for using this order method.

Do you accept photographs from professional photographers?
Only if you include written permission from the photographer allowing us to reproduce the image. Most photographers will grant you permission if they do not offer you a product similar to ours. This written permission is called a copyright release., and is required by law.
